About Us
Holy Mother Mary Council #3958 serves the parish of St. Patrick's Roman Catholic Church in Smithtown, New York. As one of the most dynamic councils in the state, our goal is to make a difference in the lives of our parishioners and the surrounding community by following the four principles of the Knights of Columbus: Charity, Unity, Fraternity, and Patriotism. - • KNIGHTS SOFTBALL
- Congratulations to the team for finishing the season in third place.

- Sept 7th at HMM Council. Purpose of taking action with respect to recommendation by the Executive Board to sell property.
- • ST PATRICK BEACH MASS
- Sunday September 19th we will be running the annual Beach Mass. We need volunteers - please reach out to DGK Nealon either via e-mail at fnealon@optonline.net or via a phone call; 631-863-1805.
- Frank will be holding a final Beach Mass meeting on Wednesday September 15th at the Council at 7:30PM please make sure if you volunteered you are in attendance.
- • OFFICER'S INSTALLATION DINNER AND JOURNAL
- Our annual Officers Installation & Dinner will be held on Saturday, September 25th following the 5 PM Mass at St. Patrick Church. The dinner will be held at the Elks Club on Edgewood Ave. The Cocktail Hour will start at 7:30 with beer, wine or soda and Hors D'Oeuvres.
- Dinner will be a sit-down white glove service consisting of appetizers, salad, choice of entrée (chicken, steak or fish), dessert, coffee and tea. Entertainment will be provided by members of the St. Patrick Choir. Tickets are $60 per person. Download the dinner menu. Cost $60 per person.
- The Installation Dinner Journal is one of the major fundraisers for Holy Mother Mary. The council counts on these funds to carry us through the fall season. We ask all our members to download and print out a few copies of the "Dinner Journal Advertisers Form". Take them to your local business, service providers, employers, doctors, deli and restaurant owners, repair stations etc. A donation of $150 will get them a full page ad. A business card sized ad is only $50. To meet our minimum goal, we need at least 50 members to bring in a $100 half-page ad. This goal is very doable. But we need everyone to step up. - When presenting the journal, please remember that our Council supports many charities, scholarships and family events. Local business owners will be especially interested to learn that Holy Mother Mary makes possible the Annual Smithtown Memorial Day Parade via our sponsorship. We need to raise funds so that we can continue supporting these charities and events in the face of raising costs. Please do what you can to support our council.
