Vote on the Sale of Property

A special meeting was held Dec 19th at HMM of The 3958 Corporation. 

There were 44 members in an attendance which is 10% of the membership.

The President of the Corporation Brian McGuire asked for a vote on 

the resolution of the sale of the property at 130 Lake Ave.

A vote was taken and the result were

40 members yes for the sale

2 members no

2 abstained

The Corporation Executive Board received a unanimous 

vote to move ahead with the sale of the property.
